    In general, if you have a question or are unhappy, email us at hello@ficksmusic.com. We try our best to make sure you are 100% happy with everything you get from us; if you're not, we want to make it right. We know that sometimes people buy the wrong publisher or even accidentally purchase a study score instead of the playing score. We get it. We've done it. We'll work with you to fix the problem.

    In short: We allow returns on any new item indefinitely!

    1. If it was our mistake (wrong book, bad information on website, etc.) or the book arrived damaged, return shipping is on us.
    2. If you've just changed your mind, we simply ask that you pay the return shipping.

    In either case, please ensure that the packaging is sufficient such that the book arrives to us in new condition.

    There are certain situations where no refund or only partial refunds are granted:

    • Book with obvious signs of use
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
