    Description

The Spanish composer Manuel de Falla lived in Paris for seven years from 1907, where he was inspired by composers such as Claude Debussy, Maurice Ravel, Paul Dukas and Isaac Albéniz. Towards the end of this period in Paris he wrote his Seven Spanish Folk Songs (Siete canciones populares españolas). Cellist Bruno Borralhinho arranged these songs for mezzo-soprano, clarinet, cello and piano. The edition includes two piano scores, as well as an alternative violin part, which allows a performance with mezzo-soprano and piano trio as well.
