I was assigned Frevo, a vibrant and energetic musical style from Northern Brazil. Frevo's bright energy and relentless forward motion align perfectly with my own musical preferences, which often emphasize rhythmic vitality and momentum. Caio's selection of this genre for me was spot on.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis project was more than just a composition task—it was an incredible discovery and learning experience. I delved into a genre that was entirely new to me, and I quickly fell in love with its unique characteristics. The resulting piece is not a strict interpretation of Frevo but rather a blend of my own musical style with the elements of Frevo that resonated with me.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen it came time to choose a title, nothing felt more fitting than \u003cem\u003eFor Caio.\u003c\/em\u003e The piece was not only written for Caio, but also deeply inspired and commissioned by him.
