In this newly re-engraved edition, Kamins & Short have collected a 100-page compendium of Jancourt's Trois Grandes Sonatas (for 2 bassoons or for bassoon and cello), plus 14 aria arrangements for bassoon duo, along with excerpts from Jancourt's landmark 1869 Méthode. Kamins & Short also provide a generous 21 pages of their own performance suggestions for fingerings, musicality, and inside tips on facility from two of the world's most respected bassoonists.
