GM1950
The three composers Johann Wilhelm Ganglberger, Josef Pécsi and Julius Ernest Wilhelm Fučík all lived at the time of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy in Vienna, Budapest and Prague. All three were inspired by the low, humming sound of the bassoon and composed a piece for bassoon and orchestra, each describing a bear in their own musical way. Those three works are combined in this edition as arrangements for bassoon and guitar. Contents: Josef Wilhelm Ganglberger (1876 – 1938) Mein Teddybär Josef Pécsi (1874 – 1958) Mister Petz Julius Fučík (1872 – 1916) Der alte Brummbär
