for the guitar. There are ten little studies, three minuets, a sample piece taken from the Méthode pour la guitare, the transcription of the March der Priester from Mozart's Zauberflöte, and a final study conceived as a kind of motet ‘without words'. As well as their intrinsic artistic value, these pieces have been chosen because they are relatively easy to perform, therefore they can be used in preparation for the study of works which are technically and musically more difficult.
